Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our base in northern Thailand.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. You’ll see the total before completing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time varies by region. Within Asia, it usually takes around 3–10 days, while Europe and North America normally take 1–2 weeks but may take 3-4 weeks depending on customs and regional postal service speed.

How will my order be delivered?

We ship through international air mail with tracking. A tracking link is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently we offer standard international shipping. Express options may be available for larger or time-sensitive orders upon request.

Products & Sourcing

Where are your products produced?

Our produce is grown mostly on small-scale farms in northern Thailand and neighboring regions. We work directly with local farmers and communities who follow natural, chemical-free methods.

Are your products organic?

While not all are certified organic, every product is naturally grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides.

Do you grow everything yourself?

We cultivate part of our range on our own land and collaborate with trusted small farmers who share our standards and values.

How fresh are your herbs and rhizomes?

Fresh rhizomes are harvested by order and shipped quickly to maintain vitality. Dried herbs are packed in small batches to ensure optimal freshness and aroma.

Do you use any preservatives or additives?

Never. All of our products are 100% natural and additive-free.

Payments & Customs

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?

While not all are certified organic, every product is naturally grown without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?

If the parcel is returned to us, we can refund 70% of the order value (excluding shipping). If the parcel is destroyed or lost due to non-payment, we cannot issue a refund.

Sustainability & Packaging

How do you package your products?

We use biodegradable or recyclable materials whenever possible. Herbs and dried products are packed in resealable stand-up pouches. Rhizomes are shipped in breathable sleeves with natural fillers for protection.

Are your packages plastic-free?

We avoid plastic where possible, using paper-based or compostable alternatives. Some minimal plastic (such as zip seals) is used for product preservation and hygiene.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
